Product Description
Cellulose LCM is a blend of micronized cellulose fibers which have been designed to prevent and fix lost circulation problems. It can be used in Water-base and oil-base mud, as well as work over fluids as a source of stabilizing shale, reducing torque and drag in highly deviated wells, seals Depleted sands, and minimizes fluid invasion. It comes in 3 grades fine, medium, coarse. Fiber lock Medium and Coarse Grade can be used as lost circulation additive to encounter seepage loss. Fiber lock Fine will penetrate within the wall cake and form an impermeable thin skin on the filter bed resulting in minimal fluid invasion into Formation.Bridging & sealing permeable formations reduces the differential pressure sticking tendencies which can cause high torque & drag or stuck pipe. The product is particularly useful for preventing differentially stuck pipe when drilling depleted zones where high differential pressures exist. For added flexibility, Cellulose fiber is available in the (original), medium & coarse grades so that the optimum particle size can be selected to bridge the pores & pore throats of permeable formations.
